STANDARD BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2008
A non-refundable deposit of £40.00 per room is payable at the time of booking.
Check in time is 2.00pm or later on day of arrival. Check out time is 10.00am on day of departure.
Car Parking–limited off road parking is available at the rear of the hotel.
Vehicles and their contents are parked at owner’s risk.
Pets – unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guests pets.
Stays longer than 7 days are charged pro rata to the 7 day rate.
Child Reductions – Based on one or more children sharing a room with 2 Adults.
2 years old and younger – free of charge
2 years up to 12 years old – 50% off tariff
13Years and over - adult price
Cancellation charges will be applied where accommodation is cancelled within 14 days of the date of arrival. Cancellation charges will be limited to 2/3rds cost of accommodation we are unable to re-let
Guests are responsible for arranging their own holiday insurance requirements.
Settlement of accounts is by cash, credit or debit card. (established clientele may pay by cheque).Visa / Mastercard subject to 4% fee.
Smoking - the hotel is a non smoking establishment and smoking is not permitted inside the premises.Guests are reminded to be aware of the non smoking requirement prior to booking. The hotel has a front patio area for guests who wish to smoke.
